Unlike firms of solicitors or other Chambers, we are not restricted to only using the people within our organisation, we can join in consortia with firms of solicitors in the UK and abroad, other barristers and other professionals, as and when needed, to ensure that the right people are working on the right part of the engagement and thus our clients are only paying for the legal services they really need.
Offering flexible billing arrangements not always traditionally available, and working with an ethos of absolute transparency, we favour fixed or capped fees over hourly rates to give our clients absolute certainty of cost, and work with them to understand their individual situations and devise appropriate solutions.
A dedicated account manager is responsible for all the various professionals engaged; whether a sole barrister working alone, or a diverse team involving the disciplines of lawyers, accountants and investigators, are delivering the services on budget, and within strictly set service level agreements.
