Outsourced HR efficiency

We aim to increase your HR efficiency without increasing cost, and to decrease your HR effort without decreasing performance. Our service is geared towards your Company providing a high quality level of HR service without an associated high price tag.

We assist our clients on an ad hoc basis as required or alternatively provide a fully outsourced HR model for companies who do not have a dedicated HR manager.

This is an on site inspection that allows us to analyse and identify any weaknesses in existing procedures. We then provide a report that helps employers to understand any areas of vulnerability and thereafter make informed decisions as to how they can address those areas.

System design

We then devise systems and procedures that deal with the specific needs and requirements of the individual customer.

Review and support

We provide regular reviews of systems as part of our service and we also provide support that offers quick and expert legal advice on the whole range of employment issues such as; the implications of hiring or dismissing someone, grievances or simply discussing other work place issues as they arise.

We also provide training seminars for line managers covering a wide range of employment policies and procedures to ensure they are best able to implement systems and deal with work related issues as they arise.

We can also assist in the strategic planning of the business in advising the customer of the implications of any business decisions on their employees.
